With over 10 years of experience, Haul Away is a Baltimore MD area Trash and Junk Removal leader in both service and value. We prides ourselves in handling the tough stuff and we ensure that your junk gets properly disposed of including recycling and donated. We recycle a significant amount of the junk and waste that we haul. Items that are disposed of are taken to state and county approved landfills.
The process begins with a call to our friendly Customer Care department. In this call we will go over with you step by step what type of items you need removed and where they are located. If you have mobility problems or just don’t even want to look at the stuff anymore (we know the feeling) don’t worry, we can remove the items from anywhere in your home, just point the way! We pride ourselves on having a hands on approach that will leave you with more time to think of what you will do with all that space! During this call we will determine a range of how much space you will need in our truck. The way we charge is all volume based.
Our trucks are 16’L x 9’W x 7’H -or- 1,008 cubic. Much larger than the other guys who’s trucks are usually only 10 by 5 by 8! That’s a huge difference in space and volume based pricing especially when you’re dealing with a full load of junk. This is why we like to go in great detail over the phone as to what items you have to be sure we have the space and proper tools for the job. In order to make sure your house is still looking wonderful when we leave, we make sure to place the truck in a way that is not intrusive to your driveway if necessary and always clean the area under the truck to be sure those unwanted items are not left behind.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you can count on us to be on-time or even early for every job scheduled. We understand that a missed or late appointment is never acceptable. Your time is extremely valuable to us. That is why we are on time and work exceedingly fast while maintaining great caution to your home. The less time we take removing your unwanted goods leaves you more time to enjoy your new square footage.
